Prior to founding Alerion Partners, Mr. Tsang was the Worldwide Self-Checkout Executive at the IBM Corporation following IBM's acquisition of Productivity Solutions, Inc., where he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Previously, Mr. Tsang was Vice President of Marketing at ERS International, a wireless shelf display technology company targeting the retail industry and Vice President of Marketing for the LBO of the Star Markets Company. He was also a Strategic Consultant for McKinsey & Company assisting technology and retail clients and an Assistant Vice President at Citibank where he syndicated LBO financings.

Mr. Tsang graduated with an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and earned a BS, magna cum laude, in Finance and Accounting from New York University.
